Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions:
- Property is sold cash-as-is and is sold subject to owner confirmation. However, I do guarantee a free and clear title with no liens, violations or backed taxes or your money back.
- If the bid is accepted the Buyer has 30 days to close.
- Buyer is responsible for state deed tax, title policy and current year taxes.
- There is a 10% buyer’s premium added to the total purchase price. It is due the day of sale. You must have a 5,000 cashiers check (St. Lucie County) 10,000 ( Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach county) made out to Sterling Auction and a blank personal check in order to bid.
